At least 18" so far; at least 6" more expected this afternoon.
We have two of these bushes in our front yard.
Our late neighbor's house has been vacant for over a year. I remember chatting with her every year about her early blooming snowdrops and crocuses. Here are her snowdrops, right on schedule.
Temperatures are hovering near freezing but some buds are beginning to appear.
